When Someone Registers on your Website

When someone registers on your website either as a Brand Partner or Customer you need to contact them as soon as possible, as I’ve found out that if you don’t reply quickly, people go searching elsewhere on google, which could result in a Brand Partner or customer lost.

❏ Send a Welcome email which you can adapt with their details and add in your LifeWave Testimonial if you have one.
❏ Copy and paste below email examples, if you know what they’ve bought you can add that additional information in the email so they have that in advance of receiving their products. If they’ve purchased X39 send them the X39 tracker sheet.
❏ Additional information to send customer can be found in the Product Training Booklet in the LifeWave Success Library

PS What I’ve actually done is screenshot all product information and I keep those images on my mobile, so I can attach to email. You don’t have to do this but I’ve been informed that it’s really useful!

❏ I also send an email to people who have registered on my website, but haven’t bought anything. I’ve had success doing this as it then prompts them to finish their purchase. But please note that sometimes people are just looking for prices, so don’t be disappointed if they don’t purchase anything.

My personal story using X39
I’ve been using X39 patches since end of February 2019 and they’ve helped with my energy levels and sleep. I’ve no pain from my 4 spine fractures now and they’ve also given me flexibility. But .. the best thing for me is that I can now walk my two dogs on my own – I hadn’t walked them since August 2018!

When trying the patches, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated as some people experience a bit of a detox.

When I first tried them I had a mild headache but drank water and it soon went!

You can place X39 on the points shown in the booklet – or if it’s for pain can place at the site of pain. Our patches are worn for 12 hours a day. I put mine on after showering in the morning and take off at bedtime (my personal preference)

You can shower with the patches on – or even swim!
It’s ok to use X39 (or any of our patches) with medication as there’s no drugs, chemicals or stimulants in the patches.

You’ll get instruction booklets with your patches.

LifeWave is delivered by USPS Priority or Courier. Always expect 3 working days from when order placed for preparation and packing then shipping days on top!
